Welcome to the GATORZ Eyewear Lens Replacement and Frame Refurbishment Service! We’re excited to give your favorite pair of GATORZ the care they deserve. Our expert team will provide a thorough ultrasonic cleaning, replace nose pieces, repair hinges and logos if needed, conduct a detailed warranty inspection, and finish with brand-new lenses for a like-new experience. Your eyewear is in good hands!

Every frame is inspected after lens installation to ensure frames still meet our quality standards, lenses fit perfect in frame, and lenses meet our quality standards. Please understand that this can take between 4 to 6 weeks to return.

Step 1: Answer the questions listed here to see if your frames are eligible for lens replacement. Some frames cannot be processed for lens replacements, and we have other options for servicing those frames.

Step 2: If eligible, select your preferred lenses.

Step 3: Complete checkout and receive an email confirmation.

Step 4: Click and print your prepaid shipping label.

Step 5: Remove all accessories and cases then securely package your GATORZ frames. Please note: GATORZ is not able to return any accessories that are included in your shipment.

Step 6: Attach your prepaid shipping label onto your package and drop your package at any USPS drop off location.

Step 7: Allow 4-6 weeks (from receipt of glasses) for processing and lens repair. GATORZ will notify you when your frame has been received and is in route back to you.

Step 8: Receive your glasses with a fresh set of lenses, new nose piece, and a deep cleaning.

Step 9: Enjoy your fresh set of glasses!

*Please note, that we cannot do any repairs to the actual frame itself, including broken rivets, hinges, re-bending or re-coating the frames. GATORZ is not liable for damage to your frame while in transit to us due to improperly packing the inbound shipment. Original lenses sent in with the frames are discarded upon removal.
