Metal pushed through rubber

Again, I have had the rubber on the nosepiece tear through! Very frustrating. One of the reasons I purchased my Gatorz was do to the adjustments youcan make to have the glasses fit perfectly. Looks like I’m going to have to order yet another nosepiece...

2 is 1 and 1 is none!

Have not had to install these yet. The quality of the originals on my glasses is such that I may never have to replace them. I bought a couple sets of the nosepieces as a "just in case" item; so if I ever need them I'll have some "in stock".

I’ve been wearing Gatorz since 2002/2003 and am a big fan of the fit, feel and look of the glasses. Unfortunately Customer Service is not what it used to be. Whether visiting the store, calling, or emailing the support team always went out of their way to help. Not so much this time around, as indicated by receiving this survey over a year after my issue. While I bought and repaired or replaced several frames and lenses that were damaged by me, Gatorz always took responsibility for defects until this time. The nose guard, disintegrated but I was required to purchase what seemed like an over-priced part and replace myself. Hoping you’ll get back on track re: customer service. A loyal customer. JR

Nose piece replacement

Amazing customer service. I have had to replace my nose piece 3 times ba usss my dog keeps getting them and chewing the rubber. Gatorz sent me a replacement free of charge. Next I’ll be sending them in for new lenses.

I have two pair, only issue was a nosepiece that came apart. It was an old, everyday pair so that’s going to happen. And made in USA. I’m done with Oakleys way too expensive for Chinese junk.
